Throughout his career, Steve has served in senior leadership roles, including CEO, President, COO, CFO, Executive Vice President, and Board Member, bringing more than 12 years of Board of Directors experience supporting organizational growth, operational oversight, strategic planning, and executive leadership initiatives.

His background includes leading complex organizations, managing multi-state operations, building high-performance teams, developing scalable business systems, and driving measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
